WNYS-TV Syracuse 1974
Nothing like a "colorful channel" logo in black and white. WNYS-TV channel 9 is now WSYR-TV. To make things more confusing, there is now a WNYS-TV broadcasting on channel 43. It is owned by the same company that owns the current WSYR-TV.And, to confuse the whole thing, channel 3 used to have the calls of WSYR-TV before the call letters were changed to WSTM-TV in 1980.

I left Oswego in 1979. This is the closest clip I could find. Bob Kirk was anchoring at the time I was there.
